Frequently Asked Questions
How does this work? Walk me through it.
First - Buy your tickets here.
Next - Meet at the Harrisonville Wal-Mart parking lot near the gas station before 5pm on Saturday, October 11, 2025 and board the Haunt Bus.
5:00PM - The bus pulls out and heads toward The O'Bannon Terror.
Upon reaching the haunt you have three options.

-
Disembark and go enjoy the fire pit, tunnel town, vendors, food, etc., without intent to go into the haunt.
-
Do all that WITH the intent to go into the haunt, in which case the bus driver will text you when you're nearing the top of the wait line.
-
Wait on the bus.

If you choose 1 or 2, you MUST give your cell number to the bus driver so you can be contacted.

When everyone who chooses B has gone through the haunt, everybody piles back into the bus and we head down to Chaos of Terror. Same options here.

-
Go meander around
-
Go inside the haunt
-
Wait on the bus.
Just like before, when the brave (or foolish, whichever you define them as) souls finish the haunt, we move on to the third haunt, Dorsett Hill.
Guess what your options are?
-
Go meander around
-
Go inside the haunt
-
Wait on the bus.

When the bus is filled back up, we depart back for Harrisonville. Get into your personal vehicle at Wal-Mart, and then you can do as you like. Many are adjourning to Whataburger to decompress/hangout. All food/drink is your responsibility.

So the scaredy-cats are just sitting on the bus?
Yes, but they're not just twiddling their thumbs! On the bus will be spooky music as well as trivia games (with prizes!) for those who choose to not enter the haunted houses. If you wish to step off and go walking about, just be sure to leave your text info with the driver so you won't be left behind when it's time to go.
Are Kids Welcome?
Your kids are welcome to come. There are special ticket prices for kids under 10 years old and no tickets are required for kids under 4 years old.
HOWEVER...We are not a babysitting service. Any person under age 12 years old must have a companion adult* with them at all times. They are not to be left behind on the bus while you go into the haunts and you can't let them go and stay behind yourself.
Persons age 13-18 must be under the care of at least 1 companion adult* per 3 teens. This rule exists because (and I'm speaking to the teens here) your peers are destructive little d-bags who have made it impossible to give a group of you guys the benefit of the doubt. Want to argue? Take it up with them. Unlike the younger kids though, you may be walked to the haunt entrance and met at the exit. Your adult doesn't have to go through the haunt with you.
We will call the police in the case of unattended children left behind or any destructive or abusive behaviors. The bus has video recording devices and you will be prosecuted for any damage done to the bus or those using it.
*A companion adult is defined as a person aged 21 years or older who is related by blood or marriage to a child. In the case of the older teens, it means one of the trio must be related by blood or marriage to the adult. It cannot be three underage teens and one 'older friend'.
You're doing the driving so that means I can get LIT!?
No it does not. No alcohol, no drugs, no substances that impair your judgment or reflexes are allowed. Haunts are fun, but they are also risky for anyone who is not at 100 percent, and neither the haunts nor us wish to have our insurance go through the roof because you couldn't face the spooky stuff sober.
How scary are the Haunts?
That's like asking 'how spicy is that hot sauce?'. What is barely a tongue-warming experience for one person may leave another person choking and gulping milk through the tears. Assume it's pretty scary and go from there.
Is it too scary for kids?
You know your child best. It's not brag-worthy if you cause your kid to have nightmares and trauma. It's not the haunt's job to protect your child from being mentally scarred. It's yours.
