So, you'd like to sell something at Kreepfest 2025?   Great!  Here's what you need to know. 

What you'll need ...

Something to Sell*

A Missouri State Tax ID Number.

A Cass County Vendor's License [$25]

 
​A Harrisonville City Business License [$50]

What's Included ...

- VENDOR BOOTH -
  • 10'x10' floor space set aside inside Elk's Lodge to occupy as your booth.
  • Access to electrical outlet
  • ​Folding tables and chairs to suit your needs. 
  • 2 All-Access Adult Tickets to Kreepfest 2025
  • Advertising of your participation on social media as well as a banner on site. 
$ 25.00

What's Not ...

  • Pipe & drape, backdrop, or anything more than tape on the carpet to mark your space.
                A 10' x 10' pop-up canopy** may be rented for an additional $20
 
  • Signwork other than the main vendor banner.

  • ​Tickets beyond the two included. (ticket pricing is listed on the 'Tickets' page of this website)

What You should know ...

Your booth may be open the following hours. ​
​
Friday, August 1 - between 5pm and 10pm
Saturday August 2 - Between 9am and 5pm
​
Setup will be from 1pm to 4pm on Friday August 1 and booths should be struck by 7pm on Saturday evening. 
​
Business logo and information for the vendor banner must be submitted by June 1 to be included on the banner. 
* No vendors of food or drink are allowed.

** The canopy is the Ozark Trail 10' x 10' Simple Push® Straight Leg Instant Canopy as found on Walmart.com.  Keep safety and structural integrity in mind.  Do not hang anything from the center push rod, it will cause the pop-up to collapse.  Do not hang anything that might bend/break the canopy structure or you will be liable for the full cost of replacing the canopy.
