Ways to Volunteer

Host a Demonstration on Saturday

- Host a demonstration on Saturday, August 1st. 

- Can be a 'how-to', a 'from the inside' kind of talk, or any other Halloween/haunt-related subject.

- Should be about a 30-minute presentation from start to finish.

- There will be a projector and computer to use if you require either of those.

 

Arrive Early

- Arrive by noon on Friday to help with the set-up for Kreepfest.

- Will involve moving tables, setting up the concession stand, hanging banners, prepping demo space, etc...

Work Welcome Table

- Spend one of three shifts during Kreepfest (9am-10am, 10am-11am, 11am-12pm) staffing the welcome table.

- Will act as the smiling face that greets guests, hands out nametags and gift bags, and introduces newbies around.

 

Work Tee Shirt Table

- Spend one of two shifts during Kreepfest  on Saturday (9am-10am, 10am-11am) staffing the tee shirt table.

- Ensure that everyone who wants to buy a Kreepfest tee gets the chance

 

Prom Setup

- Remain at the event facility between Kreepfest and the Prom for one hour to help with switching over from one to the other.

- May involve transporting food, setting up decor, prepping tables, etc...

Stay Late

- Remain after Kreepfest ends at 2pm on Sunday to aid with the clean up.

- May involve packing boxes, wiping down and putting away tables, mopping floors, washing dishes, loading the van, etc..

- Will need to commit to at least 2 hours of work.
